67 SRT

MY 67 S RT WILL MAKE ITS WORK IN PROGRESS DEBUT TOMORROW AT THE SEMA SHOW IN LAS VEGAS

 

 FOR THIS BUILD I ADDED A NEW TOUCH 

 the louvered front fender was someting new that i had been trying to get achieved for the past 18 months

Rod Emory at Emory Motorsports is the talented dude that made my idea reality..

this is how it was done...

 

first the fender was scanned to get the right radius profile..

 

then this happened

 we ended up with this set of custom dies

 then i figured out the position and amout of louvers..

 next step

 

prep the fender

the die is set and time to stamp..

 this is how it came out :)
